Terms and Conditions

All Prints/Paintings on my store are original images by me and I retain full copyright protection of my work.


Shipping

  • I ship worldwide and shipping times vary according to destination.
  • Once you place your order, your Print it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Prints are packaged very carefully and I use An Póst in Ireland or DPD courier company but I can also arrange a specific  courier company on request. Original Paintings if offered later on this site will be sent by registered post and will require a signature on delivery.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and estimated delivery time.


Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 1 day of purchase.
  • If you are unhappy with your piece or just changed your mind, you must contact me by email within 7 days of receiving the Print/Painting.
  • The Print/Painting must then be securely packaged and returned within 14 days of receipt of the Print/Painting. Customer pays return shipping. I will process the refund once I receive the Print/Painting.
  • If the Print/Painting is returned to me as you were not at home to accept delivery or you were unable to collect from the Post Office, the customer pays to reship the Print/Painting.


Loss or Damage

  • If a Print/Painting is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately.
  • A piece is considered missing if it hasn’t been received and there is no record of it after 21 working days and the postal or courier company has confirmed it is missing. As I use registered post or courier, I will always have a tracking number on file. Please contact me if you haven’t received it.

Custom Fees/ Import Duty



  • The customer is responsible for all and any custom or import fees for Prints/Paintings shipped outside the European Union.



 Fine Art Giclee Prints



My prints are fine art Giclee prints, they come with a mount, named and signed by myself, a backing boards and a plastic envelope. The prints are also signed at the back. 



Please note that every effort has been made to depict the colours of each Print/Painting as accurately as possible. However colours seen on screens may vary slightly. Watermarks with my name will not appear on prints.
