The Story Behind this Artwork

This artwork is a throwback to my college days in the late 80’s in UCG, now NUIG. Back then, student cars were rare, so when the rain poured down, we all poured into Rossi’s Red Beetle. This can be seen here driving across the Salmon Weir Bridge towards the Galway Cathedral on way to the University College Galway just around the corner.
