The Story Behind This Artwork

This painting is inspired by the remarkable beauty of the Irish hare. Hares were seen by Celtic people, as mysterious creatures that possessed magical supernatural powers.

The title of the artwork "Come Hare and I Tell Ya" is a wordplay on an Irish greeting that is normally followed by some "quare news" or "gass craic"  that would make your eyes stand out of your head! Check out the eyes!
